As we continue to expand our digital offerings, we are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives to support business clients across our newspapers, websites and social media platforms. This position would include promoting and selling our marketing solutions to include our creative branding and print business.

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for media sales. The role will focus on selling advertising space and marketing solutions in our newspapers, our digital platforms and other online revenue streams.  This position would include promoting and selling our marketing solutions to include creative branding and print business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both traditional print advertising and emerging digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive advertising sales for both print and digital platforms, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Create tailored solutions that maximise client return on investment across print, website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms
• Drive and promote our creative branding and printing services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their advertising needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for potential advertisers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing innovations.
• Work closely with the editorial, design, and digital teams to ensure seamless ad placements.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations to clients.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to promote our advertising offerings.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in media sales, preferably in newspaper or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of print, online, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM software and digital analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is an advantage.
